Free one-month tickets will be available as of January 20, 2014
Riga City Council’s binding regulations provide that those having declared their residence in Riga from September 25 till December 31, 2013, will be granted a free one-month ticket valid in all types of public transport (bus, trolleybus, tram). "Rīgas satiksme" informs that starting from January 20, 2014 these tickets will be loaded onto "Riga resident’s cards" of those having declared their residence in Riga during the above period. Customers will be specially informed when exactly the free one-month tickets will have to be activated.
